Marketing Specialist
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to support and grow marketing efforts in the Mexico market. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen local execution and expand market presence, working closely with regional and global teams.
This position blends hands-on execution with increasing strategic involvement—ideal for someone who wants to move beyond coordination and contribute to market growth and sales enablement.
Work Setup
Initially on-site during onboarding
Transition to a hybrid model (2–3 days in office) based on a mutually agreed schedule
Strong preference for regular in-person collaboration, with flexibility in approach
What You’ll Do
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels
Manage and update website content (product pages, landing pages, copy) using a CMS platform (BigCommerce)
Coordinate localization and translation of content (English ↔ Spanish) to ensure cultural relevance
Adapt global marketing materials for the Mexico market
Partner with sales and regional leadership to support lead generation and sales enablement
Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
Support trade shows and events, including logistics and materials preparation
Collaborate with external vendors (designers, developers, agencies) to deliver projects on time
Maintain organized marketing assets and ensure version control
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with regional leadership and global marketing stakeholders
Collaborate with a local marketing generalist supporting social media and events
Partner with external creative and web development agencies
Contribute to a growing marketing function with increasing strategic input
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
2–4 years of experience in a marketing or digital coordination role
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Experience managing website content within a CMS (no coding required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective communicator comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
Technical Skills
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, WordPress, or similar)
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Social media platforms and scheduling tools
Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office 365
Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B marketing
Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
Experience working in Mexico or Latin America markets
Familiarity with ecommerce or performance marketing
