Marketing Director

Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to drive impact on a national scale?

We're looking for a U.S. Marketing Director to lead a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on scaling growth, driving digital transformation, and building a best-in-class brand presence in the healthcare space.

In this high-impact role, you’ll report to the Global VP of Marketing and turn global strategies into regionally focused campaigns that fuel demand, elevate customer experience, and align with national sales goals. You’ll own digital strategy, product launches, events, ecommerce, communications, analytics, and more—all while building a culture of innovation and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing U.S. marketing team across digital, content, product, ecommerce, and events

  • Translate global vision into actionable U.S. strategies that generate leads and strengthen market presence

  • Drive product launches and GTM execution in collaboration with global and commercial teams

  • Oversee digital marketing (SEO, paid media, email, web, social) and boost ecommerce performance

  • Plan national events and tradeshows aligned with sales goals and customer experience

  • Manage key partnerships and maintain consistent brand messaging

  • Own the U.S. marketing budget and maximize ROI through data-driven decision-making

  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and automation tools to optimize segmentation, nurturing, and conversion

  • Provide executive-level reporting and collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Product teams

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a sharp competitive edge

This role requires up to 25% domestic travel for industry events, team meetings, and customer-facing engagements.

Team Leadership
You’ll directly manage a cross-functional U.S.-based team and third-party resources—fostering a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and executing integrated marketing strategies

  • Expertise across digital marketing, product marketing, event planning, and strategic partnerships

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
